AI Processing
Important: Your journal entries are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude) to generate personalized insights. This processing:
- Occurs only when you request an AI insight
- Is used solely to generate your insight
- Is not used to train AI models
- Is subject to Anthropic's privacy practices

- Row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data

Data Retention
- Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
- Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, all your personal data (profile, journal entries, insights, progress) is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged
Your Rights
Access and Export
You can view all your journal entries and AI insights within the app at any time.
Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the Profile settings. This permanently removes:
- Your profile information
- All journal entries
- All AI insights
- All progress and badges
Correction
You can edit your profile information at any time.
