MINDRY IS NOT A MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE, THERAPY, OR MEDICAL TREATMENT.

The Service is designed for personal reflection and self-improvement only. It is NOT:

  • A replacement for professional therapy or counseling
  • A substitute for medical advice or treatment
  • An emergency or crisis intervention service
  • Capable of diagnosing mental health conditions

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Your Content

Ownership

We will NOT:

Content Backup

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. While we take measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss.

Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.

Subscription

After the trial, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Pricing and features are displayed on our premium page.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your journal entries), is owned by Mindry and protected by intellectual property laws.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI insights

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindry from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
  • Create risk or legal exposure for us

General Provisions

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindry
